- TIMMY WAS MY BEST MAN IN MY WEDDING AND IS ONE OF THE KINDEST PEOPLE I KNOW. HE IS A YEAR YOUNGER THAN ME AND HAS BEEN WORKING AT HIS WORK FOR I THINK 15 YEARS AT LEAST AND THAT SHOWS HIS CHARACTER OF BEING A HARDWORKING INDIVIDUAL.
HE ALSO IS ONE OF THE BEST GUITAR PLAYERS I KNOW AND HAS BEEN IN SOME REALLY COOL BANDS!

Intro: My name is Timmy and for as long as I can remember I have battled with mental ghosts such as high levels of anxiety disorders including social, obsessive-compulsive, generalized, and panic attacks. This has defined me as a person and the decisions I make in life every day.
Potential causes: - fear of being disliked, fear of being abandoned by friends or family, being absent from family, fear of failing, fear of failing with girls
Social anxiety - This for me has been one of my biggest struggles/mental ghosts and it looks like this: being uncomfortable in a social setting if I don't know more than 1 or 2 people becoming "the guy in the corner".. looking at my phone, wanting to leave, not drinking or playing games... I also tend to leave events early due to not wanting to be there. This causes me to miss things in life and I struggle with that...
OCD - Another mental ghost for me is OCD. For as long as I can remember, I have always been 'super' organized with things like obsessively cleaning, being afraid of germs, being worried about 'time' non-stop, being worried about 'what's next', and never living in the moment. This has drained me for years and I've never been able to overcome some of this.
